Terms & Conditions

  1. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if your nails are deemed unsuitable for treatment, whether due to hygiene reasons or practicality. If we have informed you of an existing infection, and you still choose to proceed with the treatment, we will not be held liable for any consequential medical or removal costs.

  2. Liability for Wear and Tear
We will not be responsible for wear and tear of nails and artwork outside of a reasonable timeframe. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain their nails and artwork post-service.

  3. Hygienic Practices and Refund Policy
We take all due care and diligence in maintaining hygienic practices. However, if you develop a nail infection, we will offer a refund and nail removal free of charge.

  4. Patch Test Recommendation
We recommend that customers undergo a patch test to assess any potential allergic reactions to our products. If you choose not to follow this recommendation and develop an allergy or reaction afterward, we will not be held liable for any medical costs. However, at our discretion, we may offer free nail removal.

  5. Payment Policy
Failure to pay service fees will result in the removal of nail extensions.

  6. Appointments and Cancellations
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late arrivals or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.

  7. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the salon. Please ensure you keep your valuables with you at all times.

  8. Children and Pets
For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that children and pets are not brought into the salon unless they are receiving a service.

By proceeding with our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our clients.
