About the Role:

Prime Nail Studio is looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Nail Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nail treatments and ensuring a premium experience for our clientele.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, and intricate nail art.

• Perform hand and foot massages and other beauty treatments.

• Maintain strict salon hygiene and safety standards.

• Consult with clients on nail care and recommend retail products.

• Provide training or guidance to junior staff (if applicable).

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of an AQF Certificate III in Nail Technology (or Beauty Services) and at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in advanced nail techniques (e.g., e-file, 3D art).

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn

​

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $76,515 – $80,000 per annum (plus 12% superannuation).
